Well, I read things like Forensic Pathology for pesonal interest, and there are some pretty gruesome pics in there - of children too. It never really bothered me though, to see things like that. I'm very sorry you had such a nasty shock. Basically all you can do is try and concentrate on other, more positive things. Abortion is never pretty, and there are hard circumstances that would bring any woman to such a desicion. If you feel really, really upset, look in your local phone book for a 24 hour crisis hotline. Just be honest, tell them what you saw. They will not laugh or tease you, they will help because they are compassionate and because it is what they are trained to do. You are not being oversensitive either, what you saw was indeed horrible and would trouble anyone with a heart. Don't dwell on the images. Why don't you start by doing a google search for images of children at play or something, or puppies. Look at something that makes you smile. Take care :o)
