I just got over it.i talk about it once in a while and you can easily catch me.other than that.I just keep my mouth shut about it.and leave it alone.that was in the past.this is the present i am worried about. I am also focused on my future. Who cares about the past?!?! What happened.happened then.this is now.and I care about now.

The present-my life as is..the future-my love.my whole life on focus.

I pray. I push them out of my mind especially when I cry. I forget or block them out. I tell myself it's in the past it's over no more worrying about it. Sometimes I get negative like I just don't give a **** anymore. depends on how bad it is- i'm still messed up over some stuff.
otherwise, if you still feel bad after 6 mos see a psychologist NOT a psychiatrist cause the 2nd just gives prescriptions for pills. best of luck

Depends, some things have happened to me that I will never get over. But usually I just try to rationalize with what happened then, and realize that it's already happened and realize I can't change that. But there are still some things that I won't be able to overcome. I think we all have things in our past like that. I wrote it all down. What happened, how i felt, what others were feeling and doing. I wrote everyday and called it my rage journal. Towards the end of my journal i noticed by my writing that i was happier and more relaxed. Now i still remember what happened but i don't dwell on it anymore. It's tucked safely in my rage journel. Hope this helps

Acknowledge it, accept it and live.

I found to be true that time honestly heals all.
