Answers:
What you describe sounds a lot like bipolar disorder. But you should see a professional for diagnoses and treatment. A good place to start is with your family doctor.
I have been bipolar for about 40 of my 46 years. I started treatment about 4 months ago. It has made life a whole lot better for me.
Let me caution you about treatment. The first medications you try may not be good for YOU. Everyone is different and so are the medications. DO NOT GIVE UP! If one medication doesn't work or presents bad side effects, tell your doctor. He/she will likely try a different medication or change the dosage.
I bet you also have sleep problems. For this some of the medications have a side effect of making you very drowsy. I take Seroquel at night and it does this to me. I sleep well unless I forget to take it. Also a sleep aid may be prescribed to help with your sleep patterns.
I am including a link so you may see the symptoms of bipolar disorder.
What ever the case with you, I hope you find peace and joy in your life.
Sincerely,
Terry

You need help no matter Homicidal or suicidal. go to the nearest Emergency room tell them what you said here.
did u tell them that u think about killing other people. i'm sure they might get u an apt. sooner. you can go to your local hospital and tell them, they could get u evaluated asap.
Can you have yourself sectioned (i.e. taken into residential care due to a mental health problem)? Perhaps you have to go to the police and tell them you are a danger to yourself and other people? Perhaps the ER at the hospital? However, as you know you have a problem doesn't that mean you're at least still rational? I'm not a professional and as you said, you do need to see a doctor.
mmm over stress is only thing i can think of, but you need to focus your energy on something, might help your homisidal rage spells.running biking hiking tennis.anything to take your mind off it
You have been suffering from Mood affective disorder. Consult a psychiatrist.
I agree, go to the ER. It may be that you are having a panic attack is all but your self esteem is so low you think you could actually cause harm--non the less you can--go to the nearest ER. Not only will they treat you but they can cut through all that red-tape you have to go through to getr meds and counceling. It is horrible the way they allow people to be put themselves in danger in the meanwhile. I wish you Gods speed pal. Hugs from Phoenix.
P.S. If you come up out of this and calm down before you get help--still go--next time you may not get off so easily.
