Pretty much what I'm attempting now. (Sorry, can't be more specific, because it's too early in the process).

I think I would carry on with the projects I've already got: family, business, music. That's enough to be going on with. I'm also fairly confident about those right now, so I don't feel the need for magic right now.

Mind you I'd probably try to tone my abdomen as well. THAT will take some doing.

I would make everyone healthy. No one would be over weight or under wieght. They would be no more cancer. No more diseases pregnacy would only happen if you want it to. Money would not be an issue for anyone.
