Can someone help me with my sadness?
Question:
Please only reply if you can really help me. No jokes please...
Answers:
I'm sorry that you are feeling so bad. Whet you say reminds me of myself a few years ago. I, also was told I had Borderline Personality Disorder and took the same medications that you take. I had a weight problem and very few friends and was so sad all the time. I have learned a lot since those hard times, so I will try to help. It is true that the medications, for the most part, are not where you will find your way out. For me the most important thing I learned was to stay away from street drugs or abusing any medication given by the doctor. I would ask your doctor if there is something besides a benzo that will take the place of klonopin. It is very addictive and hard to get off of all of them. Be patient with yourself and accept the fact that you have a lot of maturing yet to do. As I got older my life was less out of control. Ritalin didn't help me, but I do believe that ADHD is a big part of the personality disorder that we have. Give it a chance. The medicine I take for it still works well after all these years. You need to find the one that's right for you. So, take good care of yourself as you grow to be a caring and giving woman with a lot of love to give and a lot of experience to help others.

thus drugs are messing you up
I guess the drugs dosent help, I prefer more "natural" methods but hey, thats just me
easy just put a gun in your mouth and pull the trigger IM JUST KIDDING DON'T DO THAT!! GO TO CHURCH
I really don't think that anyone on here could help you, but I'll pray for you.
God bless dear child.
You should not be on all of those drugs at once.
have you tried writing something. I right my poetry and it gives me a sense of self amazement
your on Zoloft, Elavil, Klonopin and now Ritalin. Holy crap maybe thats why. The only drug i don't see on that list is probably the answer to your question which is Love. You'll find it.
i am in the same way. i will think of you and you think of me. at least we will know that someone out there is thinking of us. that may bring just a little smile.
<3.
you have alot of excuses, everyone has problems. get over yourself, i used to be on all that ****. but i grew up.
Don't Worry--Be Happy!! There, now do you feel better?? ( I kinda thought it would work ).
My mom is a mental health theripist and she has taken ritalin so she can calm down some. It does work. Im only 12 but trust me, i know what im talking about. I have heard people say it really helps them out. So dont judge my answer by my age...just remember my mom is a mental health theripist.
I can't really help but i know two people who have something like that and they are on anti-depressants and they seem really happy all the time.
Like it wouldn't even cross your mind that they were mentally ill unless they told you.
Good luck with ritalin and life/
You need to talk to a doctor that can sort your meds out. That's WAY too much different stuff to be taking. You should also talk to a shrink.
Dark humor usually works for me.
Hi Rachel,
I wish that I knew how to help you but the fact is that I am having a tough time myself. I will tell you that things arent as bad as they seem and that hating yourself or your weight is not going to help you feel any better. Losing weight may make you feel better for a little while, but you will realize that it is not the cure-all that your mind wants to believe (just as mine was). I wish you well and hope that you can overcome the issues that you are facing. Good luck to you and may you find happiness in your life.
Ya get off the drugs , excersise, and get some professional help. Not some yahoo thats going to put you on more drugs. Try long walks and maybe get a dog for company. get involved with chairty work. do something that you can be proud of and you should feel better about yourself
I am not a doctor to give you exact advice what to do. But based on the stories I heard, those drugs you are taking now, they might just make you worse.
So, I think, you need to get rid of those drugs, eat healthy, exercise and see the result. You should be more happy... instead of taking depression or mood altering drugs.
no jokes read this book.. Natural Cures - Kevin Trudea....that is if you are serious. It is worth buying if not try your local library. I am VERY serious.
honestly zoloft can be bad it can make you feel worse then you did it made me feel like a zoombie and i was extremly sad
I would suggest trying really hard to find a good psychologist. Too many doctors just put their patients on drugs. But that's not the final answer. The idea of drugs is to temporarily get you through the days, but meanwhile a good thorough analysis and therapy needs to take place, so that you can understand where your depression is originating from, and learn some new behaviors and action steps to make changes in your life. Ultimately, if your doctor (or psychologist or psychiatrist) is any good, then you should be taken off all these drugs and be able to cope on your own.
Stop drugs PLEASE!And If you need to lose weigh do weight Watchers. And you will be almost as good as new! :0 gl
Have you ever considered going to a support group for people who are having the same problems as you? I think you might find it comforting and also gain some ideas and answers for your questions. I wish I could give you the answers you need, but I'm not sure anyone here on Yahoo can. Reach out for help within your community - find yourself a support network and a group of people who can help see you through this. Don't feel hopeless - there is an end to it. Just keep trying until you get there. Remember, Einstein's definition of insanity was trying the same thing over and over again and expecting to see different results. NEVER give up. You'll get there. Thinking of you...
I can relate to you both with my experiences and my 9 yr old daughters experiences, I have severe depression and take effexor xr an find it very effective and also less side effects, my daughter takes stratera and clonidine for both adhd and obcessive compulsive disorders and she does get mean and sad swings I just get sad swings and think everyone hates me. I have found a routine helps and finding something you feel makes you proud maybe doing genealogy which is really interesting and fun for me, my daughter colors or draws, and there are other things too. Write poetry or start a group with others like yourself that have the same likes and dislikes that you can relate to and so on. You sound alot like myself and it took a while but I found something that made me feel good about myself it feels great.
i haf this fren whose boyfren left her. but she discovered she is pregnant and also having the HIV virus. her family actually disowned her and she is only 22. her company actually fired her.
so if u feel sad, juz pray or think abt my fren and u will realise ur life is not dat bad actualli. :)

Your life will not change unless you make the effort..opportunity never comes knocking, you gotta be out on the street banging into it. If you do this trail, your life will change 100 percent..
As for the weight, I can only suggest a diet that worked for me.. Look for a book called Protein Power by Mary and Michael Eades. It will give you hope and the weight falls off quickly and permanently. Good Luck and remember, good things don't come to those who wait, they come to those that are out there screaming ¨I'm over here¨
sorry I'm a over the borderline jerk but i have heard that personality is a lost cause read toxic coworker
Learn to be grateful. The reason why you are hopelessly sad is that maybe you fail to be thankful for what you have. You are alive, at least be thankful to God for that. Start by making a list of what you SHOULD be thankful for. Make that a habit. If you spend your time thinking of those things, you would probably have no time to waste on your "problems" that don't really matter anyway.
You need more friends and things to keep you busy while working towards a goal. I'm not an MD, but I think you're on too many drugs.
Everyone is good at something. What are your strengths? That's where you need to put your energy. We are all failures but most of us don't dwell on them. We look forward to creating the next success.
Something is causing your misery. Maybe it's money, maybe it's family, maybe it's your past. You've got to find the root cause of your pain and find a way to deal with that.
I would be the last person caught frequenting a church, mosque, or synagogue, but those places offer something that may help you. No, I'm not talking about God or Allah or whatever, I'm talking about other people willing to help. Someone that will be there when you need them. There is hope but you have to believe hope exists.
Good luck with your journey.
you need a revelotion. change your life style. change the time table. don't miss the fresh air in in mornini befor dawn.
at last (material sport)
What some of the others have said is true and I can't tell you everything is going to be fine if you do this or that. The only thing I can say is take it one day at a time. Yes you need a good doctor and yes exercise can help but the one thing you desperately need to do is drop the woe is me personality. You can only go as far as determination and your optimism can take you. Having a positive attitude is an absolute must. Remember we all have bad days, insecurities, etc., etc.. Just move on and forget it and like they said be grateful of what you have because someone else might not have that much.
