I Need Some Help?
Question:
Answers:
Seeking professional help might be the best way to go.
If you can figure out on your own what makes you so angry.(perhaps your past.) then you forgive ((forgiving someone or everyone is for you.NOT for them. AND it doesn't mean you put yourself in the same situation to allow it to happen again)), let go of the anger and move forward in a more positive light.
Grace to you and God Bless

I have the same problem as you.and I haven't found a solution yet. Yes, you do need some help.
hormones. Check with your doctor, they can do a blood test and see if yours are normal or not. I am guessing a hormone imbalance as anger seems to be more of a mood than an emotional reaction to events. good luck.
P.S. Anger=stress=high blood pressure=heart attack, so be carefull, try not to let the little things get to you, they're not really important in the big scheme of things. Also think about what makes you angry and why? Then see if you can find a new way of looking at it, or avoiding it in the first place. I have a girl at work that I feel angry around, I find everything about her aggravating, so I try to ignore her and pretend she isnt there. It doent work all the time, so when I cant take her another seconde or I will snap, I take a 'sick" day, or as I like to call it a 'mental health" day:-)
See a doctor. you may have issues you need to deal with. I wake up angry a lot. and I take Meds. not that you may want to do that. But you should talk to someone about that.
