only a doctor can give the sort of advice you need. dont ask a bunch of strangers how to raise an autistic son. ask people at the school. ask his doctor.
Each child is different but he will be able to talk.
My son didn't talk much until around 7. He is now 9 and talks all the time. Just give him time. Don't worry!
Get assessments for speech and occupational therapy. A lot of health departments also have info about early intervention services.
Best advice is consult your pediatrician they can refer you to a specialist it sounds as if your child may suffer from mild Autism but the only result is to ask a trained professional.
