Answers:
anxiety disorder is not just about what you are consciously worrying about. Suppressed issues can still cause the symptoms of anxiety. If you have had your heart function checked and all is normal, then I would say you likely have an anxiety issue and need to see a therapist or a psychiatrist to help you with the root cause and with treatment of the symptoms.
hi there, anxiety can cause the symptoms that you are having, go and see your doctor for advice.
i hope this helps

Cold, congestion, bronchitis.(worry wears down the immune system) Anyway, YOU stopped worrying, but the ol bod might need to figure it out. Give it another week unless symptoms get worse. Check yourself for short of breath, discolored nails or fingerpads and if the pain is worse when you are active. All these are signs its not what you think and it needs to be checked out. Oh, and my chest will hurt from the rib/vertebra in back out of alignment, as those ribs attach to the sternum directly in front of heart.Good luck.
