If you can, tell her about it. Ime sure she would love to know what kinda guy he really is. She might get mad at first, but you cant take back what the both of you did.

I think you should tell your sister and she should dump her boyfriend well if you hide it, they might find out and that can cause trouble because hiding things just causes drama. well if you tell your sis and get it off your chest you might get into an argument and she might be mad at you, but then you wouldnt worry about her finding out later and causing another reason for her to be mad at you bcause you hid it. so i think you should just tell her, even if she gets mad. becuase youll know that its better for her to know now then to find out from someone else later.

and you should tell her because if her bf cheated on her with you, who knows who else hes cheating with. you may have hurt her once by sleepin with him, so do her something good and tell her now that hes cheating, so then she doesnt stay with him, while he cheats with other females.

Don't do anything which would make it seem like you did anything first of all. That happens to me alot. U have to tell your sister eventually and tell face-to-face it makes you seem like a decent human being.
