Do you have a friend or acquaintance who is so angry at someone or something..that is all they talk about?

Question:
a fellow teacher where I work at is so angry at our principal that all he ever does whenever anyone talks to him is gripe and complain about the principal. People are avoiding him because they just don't want to hear his complaints anymore. This guy is like a broken record. No matter how hard you try to change the subject, he won't have it. All he want to talk about is his anger and his grievances. I'd even go so far as to say that this person has got a mental disease...to be so obsessed with anger that it consumes your entire life. Do you know someone like that? What or who is she or he so angry at? How do you deal with such a person? Do you just try to avoid them whenever possible?

Answers:
Well no i dont. But it sounds like your only solution is to just basicly tell him sh*t or get off the pot so to speak. Tell him that if he has that BIG of a problem and he knows how to fix it or has any solution to go to the school board with his concerns. Thats all he can do... and if he doesnt want to do that well then its just not big enough of a problem to the rest of the teachers for you guys to sit threw your lunch breaks hearing about it all over again. Does he have a real complaint? Just out of curiousity... I would just tell him... Look this is obviously bothering you, we know where your coming from but we cant do ANYTHING about it, if you want results you need to go to the people that can do something about it... because frankly your wasteing your breath and energy telling us your case 50 times a day... i think this guy just might get the point... maybe just maybe thats all he talks about because thats all he thinks he has in common with his coworkers... and i hope your not a english teacher.. my grammer sucks lol :P
not really
