I have serious trust issues?

Question:
I have been thinking for the last few months that My boyfriend was cheating on me, I was spying on him(going through his phone) and looking for signs.
I have just realised that he isnt, and that I have some major major issues,
I have abandoment issues, and just expect him to cheat on me and leave me (my ex fiance did that to me).
How can I overcome this, and stop thinking that everytme I call him, that hes with a chick.
Its literally driving me crazy, Im also having nightmares about it.
The first step to my recovery is realising what it is, which I did today, so can anyone tell me what they did in the same situation.
I cant afford councelling,
My boyfriend is sticking by me, and Ive been completely honest with him about the fact I dont trust him, and If I dont fix it, it will break us up.

Answers:
first of all you CAN afford counseling .. go to your local county health department. they will take people according to income and if you don't have income they will charge like $5 a session. that's one trip out to McDonalds .. etc.

secondly .. you are punishing your boyfriend for something that someone else did to you. that's not fair. put yourself in his shoes. would you want to be held accountable for something that someone else did to him?

you are insecure .. and you need to work on loving yourself. you need to work on your confidence and let him for for the time being. it doesn't sound as if you're ready to have a relationship because a relationship should be HEALTHY .. not all stressed out like this all the time. it's not fair to him and it's not fair to you.

pretty soon . he's going to start doing what you're accusing him of .. because he will think: "what the hell .. i'm in trouble for it anyway so i might as well be diogn it...."

get some help ... please.
I know how you feel. Exactly how you feel. Unfortunately I don't really want to spill it all here, but email me if you want to talk more.
