XNAX! It's the best medicine for anxiety. It's also very addicting though so be careful! DO NOT mix it with alcohol that's very dangerous!

alcohol. it tends to lower inhibitions. there are many reasons not to drink but it will make you more social. if you drink enough, you may even introduce yourself to total strangers by just walking up and barfing on them

Celexa has done well for me, but people are different, so I would talk to my doctor.

Definiately talk to your Dr. I have anxiety and for awhile it was really bad. I would hyperventilate and pass out. After a couple experiences, I refused to leave the house. My Dr put me on klonopin and I've been great.

Effexor is the best. I have taken paxil and all this other **** and Effexor without a doubt is the best for social anxiety/paranoia. Try it, but be careful if you are manic depressive because it causes anger and rage and cycling of mood at a large dose. For just neurotic people Effexor should work. Give it a try. It works much better than anything else and I have been on many antipsychotics, antidepressive medications, etc. Effexor is the best!
