bipolar disorder can be threat?

Question:
what triggers it

Answers:
Triggers are a wide and varied as the people who have it. People are triggered by memories of the past, for me one example is if someone is giving me the silent treatment, bullies, yells at me it reminds me of how my father used to treat me, this brings on the fight or flight response and triggers off all my feelings of worthlessness....it can be environmental long wet wintery weather can trigger of my depression to counteract that I have painted my house in bright warm colors....the list continues someone who is bipolar should keep a diary of situations which resulted in this feeling or that so they can learn what their triggers are and how they can best avoid them. It is usually only a threat to the person who has the condition as when you spiral down you become consumed by thoughts of freedom from the debilitating and ongoing onslaught of thoughts that you are worthless, useless etc etc etc through death.
