Is it "mentally unbalanced" or "mentally imbalanced"? What is the difference?

You can be mentally unbalanced and chemicaly imbalanced.

I believe it would be better to say either mentally unstable or chemically imbalanced. they are both more gramatically correct.
It is mentally unbalanced or you could say mentally unstable - imbalance normally refers to imbalanced body parts not the mind.
