look on yahoo groups you can do a search and im sure youll find a group.good luck!
I am so sorry you had to go through that .. it's good that you are looking for support because it will give you a lot of comfort to communicate with people who understand, empathise and support you. I have an online group for survivors of child abuse and I can relate to how hard it is to have to talk face to face or even on the phone, I understand why you prefer the online way, it is less threatening and makes you feel less vulnerable .. you can be proud of yourself for having this awareness to be gentle with yourself and not push yourself further than you are comfortable with. There's an online community called ivillage.com, I think they also have a UK site (you could find the link from their main site) and they have wonderful message boards full of supportive women, go to their Message Boards and then to the Health section. I've been to their boards and found a lot of comfort there. Good luck and I hope you'll find your way towards healing.
