I'm sad that you need to be inspired "cause it also neans that you are not very happy with yourself.
The good thing is you recognise it and want the support to fix it.
look for a start go to http:/thebaldchemist.blogspot.. and have a few laughs first.
Then go in to some of the linked sites . It will inspire you to do lots of things.
