are there any anti-anxiety pills out there that keep weight off..?

Question: Does a person have to choose between fat or being anxious all the time . I'm really skinny now but I have in the passed taken Paxil...I gained alot of weight over the 2 years I took it, when I became pregnant with my daughter I weened myself off. My anxiety symptoms have come back way worse. I really dont want to put weight on.

Go and consult your doctor. There are many treatments available for anxiety, depression, etc, and you need to find the one best suited to you. What are you anxious about ? Maybe counselling will be more effective.
