well, how long have u been on the pills? these pills help people well, but first u have to get them to a theraputic level(basically take them for 1 week straight).

by 'worsed' do you mean you lost your sex drive? having your tubes tied should have given you a sense of freedom since pregnancy is not or shouldn't be something to worry about.
the amitripyline - as far as i can tell since i take it myself to help me sleep doesn't affect my sex drive in any way whatsoever.
you don't reveal your age so i am thinking that this is probably just a phase you are going thru especially if you have small kids running around and are exhausted and stressed out.
