she has a fear of bleeding. she can see it in movies and stuff, but if shes the one bleeding then she just freaks out. she knows she wont bled to death or pass out, but she still freaks

It is a relatively common phobia. If it poses a major problem (and it shouldn't, since she most likely isn't bleeding all that often), then she should see a psychologist. It would only be really interruptingshe freaks out during her periods or something like that.

Same problem! My gosh getting through post-partum delivery after having my daughter, not to mention the IV going in, was horrendous! I thought that I would never stop bleeding.

I still haven't found a way to control this fear. I just know that I am not going to bleed to death, but the sight of blood or having a shot of something going into my arm just freaks me out!

A lot of people are afraid of blood. It's a scary thing to see. But I've heard you should always stay calm, even if like ur arm is spritzing blood. Because it can make it worse cuz ur heart starts beating faster.

but this fear is very normal.
