but best way which i follow is take sufficient rest..eat good and healthy food.dont think too much about anything.even life is stressful..to minimse walk in fresh air.refresh yourself and your brain which will definately help you to improve your memory..

The best ,proven method is person to be ACTIVE,in any manner..It is of vital importance the dietary and excercise regime.When we mean improving of the memory,without having the need of some specific cure,even the simpliest exercises,and Yoga,stretching and walking are "must"..also the good nutrition,rich in natural ingredients,derived from fruits,vegetables,etc.and not to forget the essential oils,especialy from Olive oil,fish(salmon is great),nuts..Don't drink too much coffee,and don't forget to take the needed Vitamins..Good luck!!
