Answers:
You mean Ritalin.

Adverse effects can include: Growth suppression, seizures, dependence, heart arrhythmia, nervousness, insomnia, abdominal pain, nausea, motor tics, headache, palpitations (you fell like your heart is beating really hard inside your chest), dizziness, blurred vision, tachycardia (racing heart beat).

Other Answers:
yes.. all meds have side effects.

it might make him worse if he uses this for more than 10 yrs.

It is a Type of Stimulant. Any Drug can have Side Effects. Well, if he stopped taking Ritalin it should be possible to detoxify his body (visit alternative health websites) to minimize the risks.

In case he still has some symptoms of ADHD, he should experience a one-time treatment called Atlasprofilax. The effects are amazing!

Just - the therapy is available in California and Europe only, costing approx. 220 dollars. It's really worth it!
