Question:
i have very much mental pressure and i m looking for the best way to reduce and destroy all of that! some people say that laugh is cure of many disease, may be thats true! how can we laugh and how should we laugh?

Answers:
Your right, laughter is very healing. It releases chemicals in the brain such as seratonin which will make you feel better overall. It also increases the strength of your immune system. When you laugh, your body produces more disease fighting cells such as immunoglobin A. The physical act of laughter is also great for your digestive system: it gives your internal organs a massage. It doesn't even have to be a real laugh. When you are driving down the road in your car by yourself, fake it. It may even become real because you will realize how silly you must look and sound, and laugh at yourself. Think back to the funniest thing anyone ever said to you. Pretend you are a little child in school laughing with you best friend and the teacher glares at you, and it makes you laugh even harder.
Laughter yoga is becoming pretty popular and classes are offered just about everywhere. I highly recommend this. It will teach you more techniques, and you will be able to laugh at other people who are laughing at you because you are all trying so hard to laugh.

Other Answers:
watch some comedy movies, spend some time with people who makes always fun (like my friend, he is very funny. and i like to be with him).
Laugh as if you were a three year old observing a butterfly that just landed on your nose. Laugh from your soul. Find something to laugh about, especially when there is nothing funny happening around you. Laughter keeps us from going insane. When you laugh, chemicals are released in your brain that promote happiness, among other things. Do not laugh to be cynical, when we do this it reverses the process and does us no good. When there is nothing but sadness around you, or anger, PRESSURE, get out of those mental constraints and find something, anything, to laugh about, genuinely, just as a child would.
