Then without my knowledge she went to another doctor who is her distance relative, practicing in chennai, got some harmful , side-effect rich tablets for me, which i captured from her bag oneday. She had mixed that tablets oneday in water and gave to me. I had consumed this tablet and had breathing problem, swelling problem..etc.
After which i have suspected, and stoopped eating in home.
Can i take action against the doctor, who prescribed this tablet, without examining me ? how can i take the action ?

Answers:
mr.Manohar firstly, Iam sorry,
The way I see things you have three problems.
1.incompatability with yourwife.
2.your wife strongly feels you have a psychological problem.
3.you suspect a doctor has prescribed some drug with out examining you.
Lets, come to the first problem.Ithink this the major problem and you need to adress this immediately and for thi you will need to ask your self some tough questions.
1.do you love your wife enough to continue to trust her and work atyour marriage?
if the answer is no, obvoiusly yopu need to think about ending this relationship that seemsto you as unrewarding and harmful.
BUT,if the answer is yes ,I suggest you have an open heart to heart talk with your wife and ask her what she finds wrong in you that she thinks you have a psychological problem.then i would suggest you take marriage counselling.
coming to problem no.2, your wife seems pretty much convinced that you have psyhological problem that she goes to extreme of giving you medication without your knowledge.
I think you must confront her, ask her where she got the medicine, tell her in no uncertain terms that it not apprecitated, infact, isuggest you to ask her to take you to the doctor who had prescribed those drugs tell her you dont have problem taking medication if iproven to have some kind of abnormalities.BUT,if you find the problem to be with her than with you then I suggest you to take her to a psychitrist.
AND IF YOU SUSPECT ANY FOUL PLAY I suggest you aquire more knowledge about the drug given to you and consult your family and a lawyer.
now, coming to your 3rd problem where you suspect a doctor of prescribing a medicine to you with out examining you I suggest first get hold of the prescpiton if any by the doctor in the abscence of which it would become difficult to proove the doctor guilty, any ways i think you could consult alawyer and file complaint againt the doctor with IMA-indian medical assosiation.
I would take it out with your wife. She sounds like she has a problem and is drugging you without your knowledge.

If I was scared to eat in my own home, I would contact police and tell them what your wife did.

She sounds like the mental one.
I am not sure, but I think that you have to go to the administrative body that oversees doctors. At that point it would be a he said, she said thing. I am not sure what the laws are in Bangalore, but in any case, a doctor should not, ethically, morally, or otherwise prescribe medication to a patient prior to examining, for the exact reason you stated, the allergic reaction. I am going to do more research to see if I can find out anything else.
