My husband takes Adderall. It is the best thing for him. He has major ADD.

Adderall is HIGHLY dangerous and addictive if not taken correctly. I suggest finding an alternative; drugs like that aren't safe. I took various ones for depression for years and only got worse. I got better when I figured out that I didn't need drugs to help me through the day.
I take Effexor XR together with Depakote ER cuz I am bipolar and the combination works GREAT.
You should talk to a doctor. each case of depression needs a different type of medication. aswell as this he'll tell you in which dose to take it so that you don't become addicted or harm yourself.
