I want to end my life?

i have to report to my probation officer today and i fear she might make me take a drug test.im afraid i wont be able to take the urine test due to the anxiety and panic i feel when someone stands over me watching me.in the past i have had to drowned myself bye drinking tons of water.i dont wanna go threw this again.im shaking and having an attack now just talking about it.what should i do?

Kevin, really think about yourself for a minute.

You are a unique person. You were born with a set of talents and skills and qualities for you to live life successfully. You still have all those qualities with you.

Okay, maybe along the way, you felt people didn't love you and you felt lost and lonely and like a nobody. We are all only human beings, with our own share of failings and faults.

Love yourself and respect yourself and give yourself a chance. You can do it. You know, deep inside yourself, that you can make it. God did not bring you into this world if He thought you couldn't cope.

When you started on drugs, it was you who made that decision, no one else. But you did it because you didn't think much of yourself, probably hated yourself. So you went ahead and abused your body and destroyed your life.

But drugs, as you have found out, don't help at all. The emptiness and the loneliness are still there. And it got you into this mess now.

You feel you can't go through with the tests, and have to drown yourself in water, because you are still on drugs.

But it's not too late. The PO is there to help you. If you feel that you can't get out of drugs right now, talk to her and ask her to help you find a way. Get her to be your partner in this fight against drugs.

If you really, really want to get away from drugs, it will happen. But only if you want it badly enough for yourself.

Forget, for a while, your friends and family. You are in this for yourself. Your PO and we in here know that you can do it.

So now it's up to you. Show us you can fight this.

And we'd like to know what happens. We hope we'll hear something good.

just relax man.. nothing is all it's made out to be.. just tell her that she's making you nervous and could she not stand so close.. just pretend she's not even there and just picture yourself at home taking a pee..

Calm down it's just a urine test. If you're clean you should have nothing to worry about. Fear of a urine test is no reason to end your life.
