How to relief anxiety and remain calm in any situation?

First of all "in any situation" covers a lot of ground. Anxiety is your body's way of protecting itself. It's called "fight or flight". Sometimes you need that adrenaline rush to get you out of harm's way. So you don't need to be calm in every situation. But if you're having panic attacks for no reason, they can easily be treated with medication and/or counseling. Don't suffer and don't be ashamed to see a doctor. He's seen it a thousand times.

Take a deep breath; exhale slowly. Do it until you are calm. Do it every time you feel anxiety.

It'll get better as you grow older, trust me. boy if I knew how I'd be set. My guy is my anxiety and as rude as it sounds..I tune him out and sing a song in my head till he's done talking
