Problems
There are no spiders crawling on me. Repeat that to yourself until you believe it. If that doesn't work do something to distract yourself.
eat the dead one it will make you feel like its life had a sense of worth. You are letting your imagination run away, and you just need to take a few minutes to calm yourself. Have you been taking any sort of medication lately, legal or otherwise that could be causing you to feel these unusual feelings? If so, don't worry, ride it out and it too will pass. Next time, don't kill the spider as it is no threat to you, pick it up in a tissue, and put it outside next time.
IT's al lin your head. Try repeating the MANTRA that another person above mentioned or just don't think about spiders.
Believe me its happened to me when I did that and I take a shower and talk or read a book and if it dosn't work i roll on the floor..jp I dunno I just say there isnt any on me :D
