Um, that is the worst feeling, and I've been there too. Go for a walk and just know that 1. you are not alone, and 2. it will get better. Oh, and don't feel bad about takign up a suicide hotline operators time. That is what they are there for. They want you to take up there time.
You really do need to call that hotline. They are there for you and trained to deal with every kind of situation. They can help you feel better and maybe even come to terms with what you are facing. Don't give up, you are too important! Good luck with everything.
Go seek counseling. Take some St. Johns Wort and Vitamin B complexes. That might help. Maybe try to go out and make some friends. Pray.
do you have a clergyman you can talk to? how about seeing a therapist? maybe you need to take anti-depressants. maybe you just need someone to talk to. and, don't feel bad about calling a suicide hotline and "taking up the person's time". that's what they're for. they're paid to listen and offer advice. please try again. if you're religious, pray about it. even if you're not, give it a shot. it works:-)
look for local support groups, You can even join groups that dont effect you!
for example you can join AA just to meet people, You dont have to be an alcholic to go to the meetings.

And i know they have these meetings for just lonely people

If you dont want to leave your house get on yahoo chat rooms and just talk to people! It will make u feel a little better!

seek help tho Suicide is a cowards way out!
Hi:-) I've definitely been there where you're feeling and I know how much it can suck. I still feel terrible and depressed sometimes, but I do these things to help me feel better. Maybe they can help you too. I try to figure out why I feel bad and then make a list of things I can do to make it better. There is almost always something you can do to help yourself out, even just a little. This makes me feel more in control of whatever situation or feeling is upsetting me. I also have discovered that dwelling in it only makes it worse, so try to actively do something else, like a hobby, calling a friend, or exercising (yeah I know it can suck, but it really does help you feel better). If you have any spiritual beliefs, perhaps meditating or praying would also help you. I also like to read books written about coping with depression and various other mental health issues. I certainly hope this advice will help you. Good luck and remember that you are never alone and that you always have power over how you feel and react.
I know the cold pain you're feeling. You feel so badly about yourself that you think the world would be much better off without you. Get to a Dr. to get temporary relief even if you don't feel you are worth it, because you are. After you start feeling better, you can seek out ways to help others; this will help you realize you are valuable. There isn't enough space here to tell you everything you need to hear. Start with the Dr. Good luck!
Talk to a loved one and maybe if you have to see a therapist or Psychologist, you can also go see your GP and they can refer you to one. Maybe a Psychiatrist could help you but you maybe just need to talk it out to someone. So give it a try do not give up!
Lots of luck
