How can I give myself an adrenaline rush for karate using only my mind?

there are a few ways, but be warned it is powerful stuff and it is used only in "fight or flight". that means you will run away from something that is dangerous to your life or you will fight for your life. with that been said you can invoke great true fear by getting into a fight that you will loose, sky dive/bungee jump, cause a panic attack by facing a phobia(just let your mind get all worked up(also beware that you could have a heart attack) over something that you don't like) or try to fight a pit bull in the streets. the chances that you will loose your fights will invoke major amounts of adrenaline. it is produced so you get one chance at survival so it is ok if you die because damage to your body will be en-evadable before adrenaline is produced. if you are being chased you will run faster than you ever imagined, but it won't be enjoyable because you will be running for your life. your heart will pound faster and harder than you ever thought possible and again won't be fun at all. adrenaline is scary stuff i don't suggest trying it for fun because it wont be fun at all. adrenaline won't help you concentrate with your karate. i think you are looking for a short cut with your fights. pratice will supress adrenaline production. somone skilled will do better than someone who is blind with adrenaline. it is fight or flight, not do well with karate fights or make you a fast runner in the 100m. it isn't that kind of chemical. you can get mad before your karate fights by getting slapped very hard and getting pissed off that will help you a bit. try and stay away from the adrenaline, it wont help you.
Get REALLY scared. The only thing that causes adrenaline is fear. So I guess you should think of the scariest thing for you just to see if you can pump yourself up. I don't think it's going to work though, because generally if you have to be TOLD how to do this, then you never will be able to (to the degree you need to use anyway).
