Does it make sense for someone to feel confused after being molested?

Yea, I had a freind who was confused because he was raped before. He tried grabbin on me in the boys locker room and I hooked him in the head. He was really bugging. I decided not to tell anyone about it. He was my best freind for about nine years up until then, it happened my freshman year. I stopped hanging around him as much and we kind of grew apart until a couple of his freinds that I was still cool with told me he was drinking a lot and doing some crazy drugs. I talked to him about it and he just wasn't in the right state of mind. About a week later he overdosed and killed himself. If I could go back I would tell him to get help and if he didn't, I would do it for him. He died burned out and alone before senior year, which is the year coming up. He was a mad chill guy, but because of what he was going through alone he just died a junkie with no real freinds.
Other Answers:
yes it does and you need to tell a friend family member or the police or a school counsellor don't keep quiet I did when I was young and wished I had spoken up
yes
yes, not only was your body affected but your mind was also. You need to talk to someone about what happened.
It is quite normal to feel confused after being molested. It is quite normal to feel a wide range of emotions after being sexually abused. If you have been sexually abused, GET OFF THE COMPUTER AND SEEK COUNSELING IMMEDIATELY. You don't have to suffer this in silence. Get help. Now.
By far it is much better to speak up, don't hold it in. Please seek out a teacher, pastor, police, or any adult you know and trust. Allow yourself to get help for yourself, because you are important.

yup.
The fact that you have this image of person as being good then having this image shattered by this person's evil act is confusing.
Everything you peceived him to be is no longer true. No matter how you try to find this perception of him or her, it's no longer there and your mind just can't or won't accept it at this point.
Peace and God bless.
yes. it violates every ounce of your being. please seek help.
