is anyone on these bipolar meds and these diagnoses?

i'm on neuronton 3 times a day, strattera 3 times a day, limictal 1 time a day and trazodone 2 at night. my problem is that if i take the limictal and trazodone i can't sleep. and i really don't see how they are helping me at all. i'm sleepy all day and very mood. i have been diaganosed with bipolar, adhd, personality disorder with self-defeating, schiziod, negativistic, and borderline personaility and self harming traits. ok all this labeling makes me feel like i'm a nut. and i don't understand any off it. can you please help me

It sounds like your dosage of lamictal is too strong because you are unable to sleep even after taking trazadone. I take elavil. It works 3 ways. Its and antidepressant, a pain killer and a sleep aid. I take it at night before bed. Prior to that I went through and ABC of various drugs. They all made me feel very strange and seemed to just add to my emotional state a lot of confusion.

I'm so sorry you're dealing with so much. HOPEFULLY, you will find someone who can concentrate on one or two of those traits and treat you for those. If it helps, I'm on neurontin too--3 times a day and I also take meds for Cholesterol and sleep.However, they are no big deal to me anymore. Oh yeah, and I was diagnosed with symptoms that "mimicked" bipolar and I'm a skitzoid. ^_^

*hugs you* I was on Trazodone for sleeping but it didnt work and it also gave me bad migraines. Seroquel is good for sleep.
