Go look in the mirror and pick out 5 things you like about yourself, physical or otherwise. Get all fixed up and take yourself somewhere....anywhere...taking pride in your appearance will boost your morale.
Sit down and write a letter to yourself about how you're feeling and what it is that's making you feel down. Sometimes when you can get things out like that...it helps put stuff in perspective. Otherwise, share the letter with your therapist or a close friend. Maybe they could give you better advice that way.
Look up some online jokes or get involved in an internet game. Don't wallow in your gloom; that only makes it worse. Use every way possible to try to lighten your mood, and, in turn, your mind.
