I have been down that road. I didn't know that is what I was doing until another pointed it out to me. I did use protection most of the time and have been very fortunate that I didn't catch anything or gotten pregnant. Knowledge is the key. I am involved in a 12 step program for another issue, however I do know they have S.A.(sex aholics anonymous) available in many areas. Call a local health care center and they should have some information for you. You could try Planned Parenthood as well. This isn't something you should try to deal with on your own. Just stay away from the members of the opposite sex and don't get into a relationship for some time(1 year is suggested).
You can also try to find a S.A. schedule in your area on the Internet. Try sa.org. I wish I could help you more. Good Luck and Take Care of YOU!!
