WTF am I going to do with my life?


Question:
I am so damn confused. So much stress. Should I end it. Change it. Continue it. I wonder so much about my life and how it went. How I am in society. What my family thinks of me. If I could start over from scratch knowin what I know. Live in another country. I wonder so much I get a headache I probably going to work out and get tired and fall asleep so I dont have to wonder so much.............................

You can chage your thinking about life if you want to. Life is what we make, it always has been, always will be. Heres another quote I look at often to help me. "When faced with a moutain, I will not quit, I will keep on striving until I climb over, find a pass through, tunnel underneath or simply stay and turn the moutain into a gold mine, with God's help." To me happiness and how we think is a state of our minds. To have happiness we have to nuture it, cultivate it. Practice Positivity! True happiness is not attained through self-gratification but through fidelity to a worthy cause. Happiness doesn't depend upon who you are or what you have; it depends upon what you t h i n k! Write down positive and negative things like: hate or love, or positive or negative etc. this will help you see clearer which is better to practice. For stress you need to learn to relax take a minute out everyday to stretch, stretch head then shoulder, back, waist, legs and feet. To relieve yourself after a rough day do the stretching exercise, then clear your mind and take a long hot shower. Then pamper yourself. Lay down for a minute and just relax your mind, close your eyes and just release all your muscle in your body. Do this for 5 minutes it really does help. Good luck with your changes! P.S. Don't end your life! You are the most important person in this world! Write down all the possitive things about yourself like: I'm kind, I'm patient, I'm caring to others I'm helpful to others, I'm flexible, I'm reliable, I'm hard working, I'm creative, I'm honest, I'm loving, I'm polite, Etc. Then write down affrimations like; I like to read, I like to learn, I love people, I love kids, I have accomplished alot---list these accomplishments no matter how small ex.( I got up today, I cleaned my self up today, I made my bed, ETC.) Read these list as often as possible, once a day or once a week or when feeling hopeless, ok hun! Good luck with your changes! Have fun making your list! PP.SS. It also helps to set down every night and make a to do or plan list for the day! Like: I plan on visiting an old friend or calling an elderly person or visiting someone today. Do little things for others it will cheer you up to. plan your breakfast and your lunch plan maybe helping family out and say I'm going to make supper tonight and plan it. It makes me happy when I make a cake. lol! Try it its fun and yummy! I hope I helped in some small way! Hugs! Von!

If you're unhappy with your life then change it. I was very unhappy with my life and tried to end it, then I decided to pull myself together, move to a different country for a while, change jobs, changed job to something I'd never expect myself to do. Learned valuable lessons, finally moved back to my country and couldn't be happier.
Sonny, your friends and family love you. You just need to slow down and live one day at a time and if need be..one hour at a time. Try to concentrate on the things that you love and bear with the things you dont love until you can change them. And most of all the best thing to do is talk. Talk with your friends and family and let them know how you feel. You cant restart your life but you can change. There is a saying, "no matter how far you have gone down the wrong road it is never too late to turn around". Good Luck and you'll be o.k.
You may try to ake your life useful to the others. Join a local volunteer group. Choose any charitable organisation you feel deeply of, of their cause and struggle. And from there, options will open up to you. Could be your horizons began to open and you feel for once, your life has meaning to it.

What you are going through isn't unusual, remember that. Take a deep breath and think about that one. This is normal for you and thousands of others.

Confusion is just a part of life. Sorry. Now, you do have to think what is best for you and what you want. I don't know what your personal story is, so I don't know how to give the best advice.

Personally, I was 21, just remembered being sexually abused my mother and rolling down a hill and decided to start over. Heck I started over many times since then, and that was a year ago. I threw away as much as I could and started over. But, that's what worked for me. I don't have contact with my family

You, on the other hand may have good family relations, and if you do use them. Family isn't that bad. Mine was though. I'm 22 now and working my way back up the hill. I'm not in school now, but I'm working and getting my life back together. :)
