Human Resources VP wants to review an ADA accomodation that was made in 60 days? Its working at home. help!

Is it legal for them to do this. He wants to see if my work is "affected" in anyway to determine "what steps we need to take to work together" ANy thoughts? I am bi-polar, depression etc.

it means they want to review your fitness to work in the company office.
I just read your question history. As I said before you need to grow up and stop expecting privileges for the conditions you have. Get to a doctor, therapist--whatever you need to do. Take your meds, talk to your counselor and get your butt to work. If you are THAT disabled, then go live in a group home where you can be taken care of and let people who can actually met the requirements for the job have it.
