Answers:
Giving up all solid food isn't a called a diet, it's called starvation. Your last question was about getting treatment for eating disorders, so I'm not entirely clear on why you're now asking for support in maintaining one. However, limiting yourself to liquids only, or to 500 calories a day is not healthy.

When you deprive yourself of food, your body starts buring fat. Before long, it starts to run out of fat, and starts burning muscle instead. It doesn't just burn skeletal muscle; it burns cardiac muscle as well. Many people with eating disorders end up dying of hear failure as teenagers or young adults because their body essentially ate its own heart. Don't do that to yourself.
No! If you have less than 1000 calories in a day, your body wants to hybernate. It is even harder to lose weight.
