Do people with Anxiety have to increase their intake of Medications by time?
I have been taking Buspar 15mg a day divided in doses with 0.75 of Xanax for 2 years now, but I'm having Anxiety attacks again, do people with Anxiety have to increase the dosages by time?

Get to your Doctor and talk about it. No one here is qualified. Beside the Doctor should see you at least every 6 months or 3 months to renew (or adjust if needed) your med.
You need to be on an antidepressant to help lower your baseline anxiety. As far as the Xanax it is addictive and your body needs more of the drug to maintain.
