Violation notices?
Question:
Please lets stop being vicious to others on here who are genuinely trying to help others and not try to get something for NOTHING as most of the questions on here after school time are!
Answers:
Some people on here game for points by violating your answer and getting it removed!
right on sister
WELL SAID! *claps*
I agree! Some people that use this site don't know how to play fairly
Just ignore it, you get reported for nothing on here, its only points not cash tho so i wouldnt stress it too much. I got a question removed just coz I asked who was getting hammered tonight! Still dont know the reason, Ive seen far worse on here
that's one of their rules here mate. that's why just sit down and enjoy until you get bored..
some people just have small minds or woke for others who have small minds and or limited education and do not have a clue about any thing, just venting my anger at the stupidity and Narrow mined gits that inhabit this wonderful world .
Equally aggravating is how fast Yahoo will pull one of my questions or answers when someone reports me, but if I report someone for an obvious spam, phish, etc, they're pretty slow to respond, if at all.
IM GLAD U GOT ONE HA HA .IAL WAYS GET EM SO U SHOULD 2 HA HA
Yeah, it is sad when someone TRIES to come here for HELP, SUPPORT, ADVISE, INFORMATION, and then they are shot down because someone does not like what they said.
I could understand if there was a TRUE violation.
Look at all the anal questions they let go.There is a rotten apple among us.Did yahoo give you a chance to re-butt this?Yahoo can look as a list, and see who is complaining about everyone, all the time. This person can become a nuisance, and yahoo can label them as another Edna and ignore them as mental or trouble maker.I have one I caught doing it,just by communicating and giving yahoo your concerns.
have visited the site you mentioned, very helpful should be useful to many people.
i'd delete your questions as well if you've not already done save yahoo the satisfaction of doing it and costing you more points
i think you've done a good thing shame others cant see that :)
Well said Fred!
totally know where you are coming from as i answered a question also and it was my opinion and was not rude in any way and got reported but i didnt take any notice as yahoo cant do diddly about it. I think you are great to do what you do, i work with people with learning difficulties, keep up the good work and dont let this person bother you!
But it WAS self-advertisement. basically.
It doesn't matter how noble your cause might be, or whether you're doing something nice and helpful. If its against the rules then someone, sooner or later, is going to report it.
And I can be quite sure that the moderators don't double-check reports because so many of them are made on a regular basis. They might give it a brief glance at most, then move onto the next.
Speaking of which. this one falls under the "Not a Question or Answer" category. Just thought I'd tell you.
People have nothing better to do and there mean F emm
Not condoning what yahoo did, I think they want you to put forums in the "yahoo groups" section, if that makes sense. Dont' let one thing stop you from helping a million people. I think we are all on here for support of some sort, maybe, and if that lady was feeling bad, too, she could be feeling a bit paranoid, forgive her too. Her exposure to just that probably helped her the most in getting some help for her " 41 year old depression".
Keep that chin up!
