why do i keep having these misgivings and ill omens?
Question:
Answers:
No...
Over the years, we associate certain bodily sensations with specific emotions such as fear, love, anger, etc.
Oddly enough, the body can still have the sensations when we don't have the emotions. Then we don't know what is going on and we start to look for something to attach the sensations to.
There is som much negativity in the world's news lately that I wouldn't be surprised that you'd be anxious. The free floating anxiety is just trying to make sense of itself and you get the feeling something terrible is going to happen. You're right... just not necessarily to you....

No, it's just an episode.
If you occupy your mind with bliss, nothing can harm you and your troubles will go away. ;)
No, we're all feeling it. There is impending doom in the air. The only thing you can do is stay positive.
Again, questions without inclusion of ages. May I suggest you do a bit of research on "Indigo Children." You may find some information there which will ease your troubled feelings.
No, I use to be that way when I was younger. I was always in fear of something bad happening. I was wrong. Bible says not to seek for omens. But, if you have a gift of prophesy, it will become clearer to you as time goes on. Now, I actually do have some sort of gift...(now that I am older). One night I had a bad dream and I woke up afraid for my 4 year old son. Thought something was going to happen to him in school...thought he was going to come up missing. Well, turns out that very morning, while I was at work, there was a big fuss at another school...someone said did you hear about that kid that is missing? They had the dogs and police searching for him on school grounds. I freaked out!! This child that was missing was in my son's daycare class, but different school. That very morning, the teacher called my son by that kid's name by mistake. Freakie, right? I just thanked God that day for sparing my son. Oh, they found the other child lost in another classroom. I was so relieved for him. Oh,one other time, a few months back, I heard something and was afraid that something was wrong at home,,in MA...im in SC. So I called home the next day because I had a strong feeling. When I did I was told that my Aunt had fallen and been taken to the hospital. So, wait it out and if you have a gift, then you will realize it. But, don't live in fear.
PS..sorry so long ; )
no, you are paranoid. stay away from mind altering substances (drugs, booze) and if things get worse, seek help from a priest or a doctor. if all is good, this should pass soon & you will feel better...
...if I'm wrong and something bad is coming, then at least you will be straight and sober and ready to deal with it.
No, you're not going nuts. For all you know, this could be your 6th sense speaking up and trying to alert you to something. And not on a global scale necessarily...it could be a warning about people or situations close to you.
Sitting around and worrying a hole through the floor won't do you any good...but it's always wise to listen to your feelings and look for signs around you that might indicate something is about to happen. A previous poster stated that the bible says we shouldn't look for omens. That is terrible advice! Omens are all around us. They're put there for us to find! But we've been trained to ignore them by oppressive old religions or we're simply uneducated in the art of spotting them.
Keep your senses open, but in the meantime, don't give yourself an ulcer worrying about what you don't yet know or understand.
