How to stop a bully to stand outside my office.?

How can i stop a bully from standing outside my office .The place is common .so i can't tell him to move .He stands there and talks loudly and laughs ..just to disturb me.He and his dirty girl friends do this all the time . My doors remain open . If i close the doors he will take that as my weakness and work more to harass me.

complain bout him to the human resources dept. or your manager. i had the same problem.. so i solved it by going to my manager.its much easier than trying to solve it youself!

call the law and tell them he is a nuisance

That's a form of harrassment. Tell your boss or call the police.

don't approach him as an enemy, but as a friend. tell him "hey boss, you're a cool guy and i think you're great, but if you could pipe it down about six nothces i'd be in your debt forever." say this when lots of people are around. you'll look good and your problem will be solved

kick him in the balls

tell him to stop because if he don't your going to call the police.
If he dont stop call the police and tell what that person is doing to you.

Tell your boss and call security if it gets to the stage were your not geting your work done. The best way to get rid of bullies is to ignore them they will soon get bored of bulling no one so they will stop.

Consider looking for another job in a less threatening environment. If your boss isn't able or willing to come to your aid, you've either got to put up with it or move on.

To stop a bully you must dig deep inside yourself become sadisic get between the two grab him by the nose holes bring him to your level and advise him that this behavior will no longer be tolerated. Want to talk go some where else.

This should either get you relieved of your duties or thrown in jail either way you stopped the bully.

Or you could always take and put vasoline under his door handle of his car, then take a fish in a paper bag under the passenger seat of his car, send his email address to all those telemarketers, revenge is sooooo sweet.

Close the door.

He'll have to get more difficult to be able to harass you. That will give you a reason to complain and get rid of him.

(ignore him as much as you can that is the best deterrent anyways)
