Question:
to think i could be delusional and not no it terrifies me

Answers:
I don't believe you have psychosis or are delusional. I have read your questions and I think you are in a rough position right now. You are living in a tough neighborhood that you don't like. I suggest you move in with a friend or family member until you can get your own place where you feel safe. I also believe you are driving yourself crazy trying to figure your life out. You might find it helpful to set down and write out who you are? what you like and don't like? Write down what your beliefs are? Write down your strengths? Write down what your good at? Write down your goals? Focus your life on those things, Make sure you focus on your positive assets! We all have weaknesses, we are human! Use your weaknesses if you wish to strengthen your character, write your weakness down , then write done what the solution is to correct it. ( for example: If you have low self-esteem, pump your self up. Tell your self I am a good person. I love myself, I love others, I am important. I have a lot to contribute to other peoples lives. Do things you like and are good at, pat yourself on the back when you have done something that makes you feel good. Do small things for other, believe me it will cheer you up.) Please do these things. Honestly they will help you! You could go to mental health and see if they can help you get on medication, to keep your mind from spinning! They may have information to help you relocate to a safer neighborhood. You are the only one that can bring these positive changes to your life. Life is what we make it! Believe in what you aim for in life, Aim high! Lots of Hugs!

You would need to see a qualified medical professional. Go see your family doctor (if you have one) first and see what they say.
go to mentalhealth.com
do you have bi-polar or schizophrenia usually you will hear things that no one else hears. or see things one can see.you should begin seeing a doctor. tell him your symptoms. these are called epsodies.
Actually you would probably be the last to know if you had psychosis. One of the symptoms can be a complete lack of insight into your condition. If you are concerned about any aspect of your mental health you must make an appointment with your doctor.
The link below contains great information on psychosis, but please don't self diagnose
