most of the bad dreams I had, I am aware that Im just dreaming & pray myself out of it. can everybody do that?

I have that a lot. Sometimes I am sleep n its a bad dream, but it also feels so real so I just say Jesus, until he wakes me up. But just always depend on the lord bc he can bring us out of anything.

I can't do that, but it seems like I heard that is called a Lucid Dream.? I dont know much about it though.
Yeah, I've done that before. . you fight to wake up completely. I think it is after you have your deepest sleep.

sure. i can too. it's being a lucid dreamer. we are very lucky to have the abililty. i usually do it when i have a nightmare, myself. i have heard you can train your mind to do it, but it always came natural to me.
Yes .in fact a lot of people can. Read about the astral body and astral projection. By reading about it you will be able to do other things with your knowledge of it.
