I don't believe in abuse of women or anybody unless it is in self-defense. HOWEVER, I have playfully slapped female friends when they were getting a little annoying, but the slaps were playful and painless. I have punched guys, though, and got into lots of fights with guys when I was younger.
Don't hit girls unless it's playful and harmless, and the girls know that it is just for fun. Otherwise, it is abuse. If your sanity is in jeopardy, stop hanging around with those girls for a while and cool off.
