A dream I had?

Question:
Hi everyone, I had a dream last night about my deceased grandmother who passed away over a year ago. The dream felt VERY real, like I was back at her house up north, same setting, same living room, etc. I saw her come up to me, in the dream, and I asked her how she was and she said was she doing fine and asked how I was, and it felt very real. She told me she was doing fine and everything would be ok, and asked me about my career and told me to stay with it. I hugged her but I didn't touch her, it was like she was a ghost.

At the end of the dream, my grandmother's face slowly faded and then a lady I had seen at a store earlier in the day appeared and kind of faded in to where my grandmom was standing at the door, which was WEIRD. Now, I remember talking about my grandmom earlier in the day, but sometimes I do dream about her from time to time.

Does it seem this could have been real contact in a dream, or just me thinking of her and then dreaming this? never had this before.

Answers:
I was told once when I was young that loved one's who have passed on will sometimes come back to visit and that during the day while we are awake we block them even if it is unintentional but they can get into our dreams to tell us what they need to say.

I believe the connection between here and heavan is very close, and we can be visited by benevolent spirits. Bless you and your grandma
that is strange. but ti could be either one i guess. sorry about your grandmother.
you were just thinking about her, then you dreamed it. Very frequently what you are thinking about before you go 2 sleep will be in your dreams. If you don't have a dream, you must not have been thinking about it 2 much. Good Luck!
if you can bileave this...

maybe your grandmother is trying to talk to you....
i bet she misses you...
maybe she is trying to communicate...

or maybe you have just had a very odd dream...

but i am a supernatural person so i still think maybe she was trying to talk to you...

good luck :)
dreams tend to be influenced by what you've been thinking about, so keeping your grandma in your thoughts might eventually bring her into your dreams as well. It's not a bad thing, and it seems that your at peace with her passing. If it helps to think of it as contact from beyond- then believe it. But don't base any major decisions on it- just know that your grandma will always love you, even if she's gone now.
How do you define 'real'? When she was alive, my grandmother gave me advice about things that helped me succeed. Though she's gone now, there are still events that trigger memories of the things she taught me, and I still use her advice to help me. That is as 'real' as if she were still with me. You said this never happened before. Do you really feel like you connected with her? If so . . . you did.
I do dream about close departed family members like my mom and one of my sisters. The year that mom died, a brother and two sisters died within 2 months of each other. Strangely, I only dream of ONE sister and mom. Not my brother or the other sister, this is weird. However, they don't appear in ghost form, just like it used to be when we were growing up. I think when we think too much about them, we "see" them in our subconscious.
I don't believe in ghosts or benevolent spirits of the deceased. In causality, everything has a cause and effect. Every person we see, comes into our mind and causes an effect. Even the crowds of people. Many times this manifests itself in dreams. It's our mind's way of purging and cleansing images that we have taken in throughout the day. Yes, they may seem very real, but like I said, I don't believe in ghosts per se. My theory about "ghosts" are in line with Biblical beliefs. I am a spiritual person, but I don't believed loved ones have the ability to contact us. Maybe your subconscious has process a problem and is showing you the answer in the form of a dream.
I am a Christian though, below is a link of what I do believe.
