yeah. i have a friend like that. at the end of the (school)year. she insisted on being called some weird name that i cant remember. then she told us something that she would have never told us (me and my other friends) if she didnt have a split personality. honestly i think she is just faking it to get attention

Absolutely,...it is a rare situation,...but it is something that does and can happen. Usually, the bad one is a defense mechanism, that surfaces either unwillingly...or when threatened...Usually, the bad one developed because the person could not defend themselves from pain being inflicted on them, so they unconciensouly developed another personality, that was tough and cruel almost, to defend them selves...this can become phsycotic and manifest itself to the point where yes, the person can have both personalities and absoulutely not know what the other one is doing...this kind of early abuse on a victim can make a person into a phsycopath. http://web4health.info/eu/kom/54629 you might want to check this forum out, or go to google and see all the articles about this affliction. Multiple personalities, yeah. It's a real illness. My sister suffers from it. If there's ever any doubt that someone has a mental illness, you should talk to a professional about it. I don't know what your beliefs are (if you're Scientologist), but there are ways of dealing with that.
