Life is too short to be stressed all the time! I know the feeling cuz my mom is OCD about every aspect of my life and its quite maddening. Not healthy for u and possibly those around u. I suggest talking to someone about it. Maybe a counselor, or if you go to church then your pastor. Best case would be a counselor who has experience with ur specific problem. Or maybe the problem u have on ur mind is so serious and effects enough aspects of your life that u can't help but to think about often. I definitely suggest help. I believe i don't have ocd but i see two counselors to deal just with stresses in my life and I can't even begin to tell u how much its helped me to get a fresh or different perspective. They are professionals and they really do care about trying to make u a better more happier person. Best of luck to you I hope this helped in some form or fashion.

Yes. My son is a little OCD. Like if he calls a friend and the friend doesn't answer, my son will call every two minutes for about 10 minutes.
Im Autistic myself but I certainly have OCD like traits in me (but im prolly not full fledged OCD)
it could be OCD. obsessive or intrusive thoughts can occur with other mental health issues as well.
