My friend has PTSD he stop talking to me, we have had a great relationship what should I do/?

Question: My friend is a Vietnam Vet. We recently went on a cruise, it was wonderful. We were even planning other trips.We been together about 7 months. Night before he said he loved me, last night he started a fight and said he was leaving and never coming back. He said forget about him and he wouldn't talk to me. I don't know what to do. I love him and I want to help.
