How do you stop sleepwalking?
Question:
Answers:
It is hereditary in most cases. You can't really stop but you can make sure you are safe at night (lock on bedroom door). All of us visit other places when we sleep. We are transported to other places and times. But if your physical body moves, you can help stop that by learning more about why you are doing it. What anxiety do you have, unresolved conflict, undone business. Your mind wants to complete all you business and solve problems when you sleep. If you solve the problems when you are awake it frees up your soul to stop wandering.
tie one foot to the bed. When you sleep walk, you will instantly get up and wake up when you realize that your leg is stuck.
This works for many. So many don't know about this either.
simply tie yourself onto your bed
