if anybody have some personal problems how you are solving that probnlems?
Question:
Answers:
First I have to asess the situation and see if the problem is one that I can resolve on my own or if I need someone elses effort to resolve. Secondly, I find all the possible methods of solving the problem and choose the best one. Lastly, I put the chosen method into action. I make sure that I follow through with it and see a result in the end. I make it sound very stragtegic, but it also takes a lot of mental and emotional effort to solve your problems.

Well , it depends what the problem is
Positive in . Positive out! I find that as long as I keep a positive attitude about everything this will allow my brain to really kick in and help me to resolve the problem.

My own personal experience!
There is no why to solve my problems even meds. don't help Is it financial? Is it relationships? Work?? I tend to obsess. To stop thinking about the past, I say mantras over and over. Think about something beautiful (ocean, picture, etc.)
When having a negative thought I say stop! Then do one of the above. Read a book. Be accountable for your actions.
first believe there is a solutiuon 4ur prob,so that ur mind gets ideas how 2 solve it.then wit ur best idea(gut feelin) act so u know this idea works or not,if not experiment wit other ideas-but atake action-ACTION MAY NOT BRING ALWAYS HAPPINESS BUT WITHOUT ACTION THERE IS NO HAPPINESS.KILL UR FEAR realizin that only action can cure fear and hesitation, doubt, posponement only makes ur fear stronger turning ur life into hell n spreading d fear 2 other activities so belief n take ACTION 2 get of d fuckin situation.ONLY ACTION WORKS ,UCAN 1000TIMES A DAY ,ACTION WORKS 2 SOLVE ANY PROBLEM IN D WORLD-TAKE D MENTAL LEAP-DONT HESITATE OR HVE ANY INDECISION
