Who do you think provides more quaility mental health care?

Question: The U.S., UK, others? I am more interested to know if the practices are generally the same regardless of region.

Answers:
NAMI.org has a report on their site that compares the states. I have talked to people in the UK and they seem to have pretty good mental health care. in fact I once met someone from New Zealand who had no idea it could be hard to get help in the U.S. I think I met those people on About.com's bipolar forums.
